Juvenile Criminal Delinquency

When a child is accused of a delinquent act, the whole family feels it. Parents worry not only about the case in front of them but about their child's school, future, and record. We understand those concerns, and we bring both legal skill and real care to representing young people in D.C. Superior Court.

We represent children and teenagers in delinquency matters at every stage, from the initial detention hearing through disposition. The juvenile system is meant to focus on rehabilitation rather than punishment, and we work to keep it there, pursuing diversion, treatment, and outcomes that protect a young person's record and future wherever possible, while defending vigorously against the allegations themselves.
